PLACING AN ORDER
ALL ORDERS EXCEPT ECONOMY WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY. When choosing Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping, please choose a shipping address where you will be able to sign for your order.
NO CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER WILL BE MADE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED. Before placing your online order, please review all information carefully, and choose an appropriate shipping address especially if your order will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
We accept USA-issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We are unable to accept international credit cards for online purchases. Your credit card will be charged once your order has shipped.
Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to/within California.
You will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of placing your online order. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.
If it has been more than a few days since placing your order and you have not yet received your shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
Please note that Xcel is closed and does not ship for the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. Any orders placed during this time will be accepted, but will not be shipped until Xcel reopens.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY/PROCEDURE
If you are not satisfied, you may return some or all items in your order for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
You may also return product for size exchange. Size exchanges may only be requested for the exact style and color combination originally ordered.
To return an Xcel online purchase, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account, select "Order History," and click once on the order you would like to return.
- Complete the "Request Return Authorization" online form and click "Request Return."
- Once completed, you will receive your return authorization confirmation number, and a link to a pre-paid return label.
- Product must be returned UNUSED and in its original packaging. Pack the product appropriately to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
- Unless you have requested size exchange, the value of returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. (Shipping is non-refundable and will not be credited.) Refunds are typically reflected on credit card statements within 7 to 14 days of issue.
